Late Arrival:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation/Rebooking:
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unfortunately, no refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations.
No-Shows:
If you miss three appointments without notice, you may be unable to book future appointments.
Location & Parking:
Convenient parking is available directly in front of our building. The nearest stations are Elmers End and Beckenham Road.
