Once an order has been placed you will contacted to complete the following:

  1. Medical History Form: After submitting your order request, you must fill out a detailed medical history form.
  2. Upload Photographs: via our secure link. This step is essential for verifying your identity and health status.
  3. Book a Video Consultation: A booking link will be sent out to you via email to book an online consultation with Dr Juliet.

Please Note: All orders are product requests, NOT a guaranteed transaction, so placing an order with payment does not ensure that you will automatically receive the product. By proceeding with payment, you are accepting our terms and conditions. Therefore, if an order is cancelled due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions, a non-refundable administrative fee of £10 will be charged.
